Permaculture certificate course

This internationally-recognized Permaculture Design Course introduces the remarkable potential of Permaculture to address a broad range of issues, most obviously environmental (in the garden, the farm, the apartment or the landscape), but no less significantly, social and financial.

Permaculture is derived not only from ‘permanent’ and ‘agriculture’ as is often believed, but equally, from permanent and ‘culture’. Without an intimate connection with the local culture, including the culture of the individual, a design is unlikely to be implemented, and even less likely to be sustainable over a longer time. It is equally applicable to gardens, farms, urban spaces, homesites, broad landscapes, workplaces, and social organisations.

Maximum emphasis is given to participant involvement, including demonstration, hands-on activities, group work, practical design exercises throughout. Fun, stimulating, surprising, fulfilling. An intensely wonderful two weeks, with the time format likely to run beyond the specified times for those interested.

The course will be run in English. It will be life-changing, active, and fun.
